Chuck Swope, CCIM, a third generation West Chester resident, specializes in commercial real estate sales and leasing in the Suburban Philadelphia marketplace, with an emphasis in Chester County and West Chester, PA. Swope has completed transactions in all major property types and maintains an active practice with both listings and user assignments. Prior to becoming active in real estate brokerage, Swope held positions with two suburban Philadelphia real estate development firms. He serves on the DNB First Bank Advisory Board, PA/NJ/DE CCIM Chapter Board and The Swope Foundation of West Chester University, among other community organizations. Swope lives in West Chester with his wife, Betsy, their five dogs, and credits his success to his wife's continued support. Chuck received his B.A. from Washington College, Chestertown, MD, and his M.A. from the University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, PA. While in college, Chuck played rugby and rowed crew. He holds a Pennsylvania Real Estate Broker License and continues his education by teaching continuing education classes and attending real estate seminars and graduate classes. Swope maintains active membership at the Union League of Philadelphia.

Jim has been a licensed Pennsylvania real estate agent since 1979. Since then, Jim has been involved in the consulting, management, and marketing of commercial property including commercial, industrial and residential land subdivision. In 1981, Jim formed Looker, Lees and Melcher, a full service commercial brokerage firm serving the Philadelphia suburban marketplace which operated until 1995. Since then, Jim has held positions at Fox Commercial Real Estate, Source Realty Group, and most recently, Swope Lees Commercial Real Estate. Jim's reputation and performance history is unsurpassed in Chester County.

Bob McComsey began his real estate career in the residential sector and has transitioned his practice to focus on commercial projects. Bob's construction background gives his client's an excellent perspective on the construction process to include planning, schedules, budgetary matters, and finish details. Bob lives in Western Chester County and focuses his activities throughout Chester County.

Larry has been a Licensed Real Estate Broker since 1994. During the past 25 years, Larry has worked for several major Philadelphia Real Estate Developers in the area of construction, development, and property management. He has overseen the construction of over 4,000,000 square feet of base building and tenant improvements and has worked with hundreds of tenants. Prior to his real estate career, Larry was a municipal manager for 10 years. Larry's blend of public sector and real estate experience provides him with a unique background to work with real estate clients regardless of their needs. Larry holds a Bachelors Degree in Community Planning from Penn State University and a Masters Degree in Public Administration from Kent State University. Larry and his wife Gail have lived in West Goshen Township for over 25 years and they have two grown children.
